Letters of Recommendation

For Instructions on requesting a Letter of Recommendation from your Counselor, please click on the

Upon completing your letter of recommendation packet, please provide your counselor with a printed and digital copy. The printed copy may be printed in the Library or Titan Center and delivered to your alpha counselor. The digital copy should be emailed to your alpha counselors email.

UC's/CSU's - Letters of Rec are not part of the initial application. Only send a Letter of Recommendation if requested by the University
Private schools typically require one letter of recommendation from a counselor and 1-2 letters of recommendation from teachers. Use the Common Application if possible
Three weeks prior to your first deadline, in a face-to-face conversation, ask your Counselor to write a letter on your behalf and provide all documents outlined below
