Transcript Ordering Directions

Current Students
For a fee, students/parents can have a transcript sent to any institution through Parchment.com. Parchment will send the transcript to the designated institution(s) either electronically or by USPS. Students/parents can request an "Unofficial Self View - No Fee" transcript copy from Parchment.com for scholarships and personal use, which can be emailed to them directly. Alternatively, current students/parents can fill out a transcript request form, return it to the registrar, and a transcript can be sent to the student or institution via USPS.

Graduates 2000 to Present and Current Students
Previous students who graduated after/in 2000 can also use Parchment.com as stated for current students. Alternatively, previous students can fill out the transcript request form and return it to the registrar ALONG with a copy of their picture ID, and a transcript can be sent to the student or institution via USPS.

Graduates Prior to 2000
Students who graduated before 2000 need to fill out the transcript request form and return it to the registrar ALONG with a copy of their picture ID and a transcript will be sent to the student or institution via USPS.

All forms can be submitted via email to [email protected] fax (858)748-1132, or mailed to the school at the following address:

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Class of 2026 (2026 Graduates)
Most seniors will need to request transcripts, which include trimester 3 grades and a graduation status, to send to the college of their choice. Below are the different options students have for doing this.
 
1.    For a fee, students/parents can submit a request to any institution through parchment.com. Parchment will send the transcript to the designated institution(s), either electronically or by USPS, as requested by the family. For a final transcript, choose the HOLD FOR GRADES option when ordering high school final transcripts through Parchment. 
 
Alternatively, if you want an electronic transcript sent to your college, it can be done through Zello/Parchment by the Registrar at no cost to the family by following the instructions in #2 below.
 
2.    For no charge, current seniors/parents may complete the linked form below, including the complete address of the college, and return it to the registrar via email, USPS, or fax (see below) If the student is under 18 years of age or has delegated his/her rights to his/her parents, then the parent must sign the form otherwise, the student may sign the form.

 
All forms can be dropped off in the Registrar’s office in the counseling building or submitted via:
