Off-Campus Lunch Passes

In order for students to leave campus during lunch,  parents must fill out the Off-Campus Lunch Pass Application.  Both parent and student signatures are required.

Please turn in Off-Campus Lunch Pass Applications to Ms. Bell in the Administration building during break, lunch, or after school.
