Off-Campus Lunch Passes
If you would like your student to be permitted to leave campus during lunch, please complete an Off-Campus Lunch Pass Application. Both parent and student signatures are required. Applications should be submitted to BB Surarujiroj in the Assistant Principal's Office.
Once the application is reviewed, parents will receive a confirmation email or phone call. A parent or guardian must confirm approval via phone or the parent’s email, with the subject title “Lunch Off Campus Application Approval,” before a pass can be issued.
Students in 9th and 10th grade will no longer be issued Off-Campus Lunch Passes during the school day.
Off-Campus Lunch Passes can be revoked for disciplinary, attendance, or academic reasons. Passes permit students to access their vehicles for transportation purposes. Students are not permitted to loiter in any of the PHS parking lots or surrounding streets.
