Off-Campus Lunch Passes

In order for students to leave campus during lunch,  parents must fill out the Off-Campus Lunch Pass Application.  Both parent and student signatures are required.  Students must return the signed application and bring their student ID to the Poway High Administration Building during break, lunch, or after school.
